Booking Procedure

Step-by-step after form submission

1. User completes online booking / enquiry form (name, travel dates, number of guests, package selected, options).
2. Automatic confirmation: an email acknowledging receipt of the enquiry, with summary of details.
3. We check availability and send a formal quote (including itinerary, price breakdown, terms & conditions).
4. Client confirms and pays deposit to secure the booking.

Payment terms

1. Bank transfer (local Zambian bank or international USD account)
2. Mobile money (e.g. MTN / Airtel)
3. Bank transfer

After Payment

1. Send payment confirmation receipt.
2. Receive booking voucher / itinerary.
3. Guide will contact client with pre-trip information.
